8 Ingredients

  • 4 1/2 cup white whole wheat flour
  • 1 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp instant yeast/active dry yeast
  • 1 cup Seeds
  • 1 1/2 cup Mustard Seeds, toasted and crushed
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 cup water, ice cold
  • semolina flour or cornmeal for dusting baking sheet

I used baking powder instead of yeast so I could roll it out and use it straight away for tortillas. I used black onion seeds as I was serving it with aloo gohbi. Also chia, sesame, flax, sunflower, pumpkin seeds. I also cooked in a dry skillet instead of the oven.... Delicious and healthy.
